Our Story
The spiritually-guided journey of the Foundation Nominating and Foundation Deputy Authorities of “One Light Federation” is quite extraordinary, but suffice to say that every step of their pathway has been “Guided”, “Pre-Arranged” or “Orchestrated” from Higher-Level!
This is exactly how “One Light Federation” started out – through Right Reverend Jennifer, Spirit announced their desire that she and Most Reverend Gordon form a new Spiritual Governing Body and Spirit also announced that its name will be “One Light Federation”!
From this moment forwards, it was a slow and demanding road, requiring due time, diligence and after the preparatory planning and preparation had been completed and applications lodged for the appropriate authorities, then came the need for patience, as the wheels slowly turned, but there came the Official Governmental approval and “One Light Federation” was officially proclaimed a “Recognised Denomination”. After further application, “One Light Federation” was endorsed as a “Recognised Charity”.

“One Light Federation” delivering Truth and an outpouring of Love, Divinity and Consummating the Trinity of Eternal Youth; accordingly, it is so-said that “One Flame, One Light”, will activate precise announcement and ornamentation of Sacred-Light.
Recognised Denomination
“One Light Federation” was proclaimed by the Honourable Paul de Jersey AC QC, Administrator of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, as a recognised denomination under section 26 of the Marriage Act 1961 on 29 October 2015. The Proclamation commenced November 4 2015.
Not-for-Profit & Tax-Exempt Organisation
On March 2 2016, “One Light Federation” was registered as a Not-For-Profit Organisation and granted Tax-Exempt Status.

The One Light Federation team is made up of dedicated individuals who share a common vision of unity, compassion, spiritual awareness, and service to humanity. Together, they support the growth of a modern spiritual community grounded in respect, understanding, healing, and conscious living.
With diverse life experiences and a shared commitment to helping others, the team works to create welcoming spaces where people can explore spirituality, personal growth, inner peace, and a deeper connection to the greater essence of life.
At the heart of One Light Federation is the belief that true spirituality is not about division or judgement, but about recognising the light within ourselves and within one another. The team’s role is to help nurture that understanding through guidance, education, community support, and the practical expression of love, kindness, and integrity in everyday life.

Gordon — Founder & Spiritual Director
Gordon is a dedicated spiritual teacher and founding voice behind One Light Federation, bringing forward a philosophy centred on unity, compassion, spiritual awareness, and conscious living. His work reflects a lifelong commitment to helping people explore deeper meaning, personal growth, and the understanding that all life is interconnected through one universal source of light.
With a calm and grounded approach, Gordon encourages individuals to move beyond fear, separation, and limitation, and toward greater awareness, responsibility, healing, and inner peace. His teachings draw together spiritual insight, practical wisdom, and the belief that true spirituality is expressed through kindness, integrity, understanding, and service to others.
Through One Light Federation, Gordon continues to support the development of a modern spiritual movement that welcomes people from all backgrounds who seek a deeper connection with themselves, humanity, and the greater spiritual nature of life.

Jennifer plays an important role within One Light Federation through her ongoing support of the organisation’s community, vision, and spiritual outreach. With a compassionate and welcoming presence, she helps foster connection, understanding, and a sense of belonging for individuals exploring the philosophy and teachings of OLF.
Her work supports the Federation’s commitment to unity, spiritual growth, peace, and conscious living, helping create an environment where people feel encouraged, respected, and inspired on their personal journey.
