The Three Principles of One Light Federation
The philosophy of One Light Federation is founded upon three central spiritual principles that guide our understanding of life, consciousness, humanity, and our relationship with the Divine.
These principles form the spiritual foundation of OLF and encourage individuals to live with greater awareness, compassion, responsibility, humility, and connection with both humanity and the greater spiritual reality of existence.
The Divine, Supreme God-head all-embracing, eternal-light
One Light Federation recognises one Divine Source — eternal, all-embracing, infinite, and present within all life and creation.
This principle reflects the understanding that all existence emerges from a greater divine consciousness, often described as the eternal-light, the divine essence, or the universal source from which all life flows.
OLF teaches that the Divine is not limited by division, fear, separation, or human boundaries, but is all-encompassing, loving, creative, and eternally present throughout existence.
The “eternal-light” symbolises the sacred source of life, spirit, wisdom, truth, love, and consciousness shared by all beings.
This principle encourages individuals to deepen their relationship with the Divine through awareness, prayer, meditation, compassion, service, humility, reflection, and conscious living.
Through connection with the eternal-light, people may discover greater peace, spiritual understanding, purpose, healing, and unity within themselves and with the greater whole of life.

It was in November 2014, that right Reverend Jennifer’s spirit-guides had her draw the “truth” symbol, truth being central to who we are, what we teach and the basis of our teachings.

One Light Federation recognises the spiritual nature of existence and the presence of greater spiritual realities beyond the physical world alone.
This principle acknowledges the existence of spirit-form, life-force, spiritual consciousness, and the continuing journey of the soul beyond physical life. It embraces the understanding that humanity exists within a greater spiritual universe interconnected through energy, consciousness, spirit, and divine creation.
The “Ministry of Angels” symbolises the presence of higher spiritual guidance, support, wisdom, healing, and loving influence available to humanity through spiritual connection and awareness.
OLF encourages respectful exploration of spiritual consciousness and the deeper dimensions of life, recognising that spiritual awareness may be experienced through intuition, healing, inspiration, inner guidance, compassion, reflection, and communion with spirit.
This principle also acknowledges that life extends beyond the physical experience alone and that individuals may continue evolving spiritually through awareness, growth, learning, and connection with the eternal essence of life.
The spirit-guide then said “continue”, so with the instruction, Jennifer drew a horizontal line and the guide said “this indicates that you are eternal and highlights your connection with and emphasises that you are one with the Christ-consciousness.
Personal Responsibility and Unity of mankind embracing everybody as one-light
At the heart of One Light Federation is the understanding that humanity is deeply interconnected and that every individual carries within them the same divine essence — the same spiritual light shared by all creation.
This principle teaches that true spiritual growth begins with personal responsibility: becoming conscious of our thoughts, actions, words, intentions, and the effect they have upon ourselves, others, and the wider world.
OLF encourages individuals to move beyond separation, division, prejudice, and fear, and instead recognise the shared humanity that unites all people regardless of background, belief, culture, or circumstance.
To embrace “everybody as one-light” is to acknowledge the sacred worth, dignity, and spiritual value present within all life. It is an invitation to live with greater compassion, humility, understanding, kindness, and conscious awareness in all relationships and interactions.
This principle reminds us that the wellbeing of humanity is interconnected, and that peace begins through recognising the light within ourselves and within one another.
